After welding, parts can be supplied as welded subassemblies or further assembled with hardware and mechanical components according to the engineering drawing and BOM.
Hardware Installation
PEM and other self-clinching fasteners, rivets, hinges, latches, handles and other specified hardware can be installed as required.
Mechanical Assembly
Screws, bolts and other mechanical components can be installed according to the drawing, BOM and specified torque requirements. Subassemblies can be fitted and assembled according to the required configuration.
Delivery can be supplied as a welded assembly, a partially assembled subassembly, or a complete mechanical assembly with specified hardware installed.

Welding & Assembly Quality Control
We manufacture welded assemblies to the engineering drawing, following specified weld symbols, dimensions, tolerances and assembly requirements. Fixtures are used where needed to maintain part position and alignment during welding, while welding sequence and heat input are controlled to limit distortion.
Before delivery, critical dimensions, hole positions, weld locations and mating interfaces are checked against the drawing. Hardware and assembled components are verified against the BOM where applicable, with any additional inspection requirements reviewed before production.
