CNC Bending Services | MS Machining
Press-brake forming for brackets, panels, enclosures, and channels, with rotary-draw and mandrel bending for round, square, and rectangular tubes. Suitable for prototypes, low-volume production, and repeat manufacturing.
Our Service
Sheet Metal Bending on CNC Press Brakes
We provide CNC press-brake bending for aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, and galvanized sheet and plate. Parts are formed to the required bend angles and dimensions for brackets, panels, enclosures, flanges, channels, and other fabricated components.
Air bending, bottoming, offset bending, U-bends, and hemming are available according to the part drawing. Bend sequences and forming parameters are programmed based on the part geometry to maintain consistent angles and dimensions throughout production.
Our typical capacity covers material thicknesses from 0.024″ to 0.500″, with bend lengths up to 12 ft.
Our Service
CNC Tube Bending Services
We provide CNC tube bending for round, square, and rectangular tubing. Services include rotary draw bending, mandrel bending, and multi-plane bending for tubular parts with multiple bend locations and directions.
Typical applications include frames, handrails, exhaust components, fluid lines, equipment structures, and other tubular assemblies. Bends are produced to the specified angles, radii, dimensions, and part geometry.
Tube Bending Capacity
- Round Tube OD: 0.25″–4″
- Wall Thickness: 0.035″–0.250″
- Rectangular Tube: Up to approximately 3″ × 2.5″
- Tube Profiles: Round, square, and rectangular
Bending Capabilities
Our CNC bending capabilities cover a range of sheet metal and tube forming requirements. Actual limits and achievable tolerances depend on material, thickness, part geometry, bend radius, tooling, and overall part size.

What to Send for a Quote
Send a PDF drawing or 3D model with the material, thickness or tube wall, quantity, finish, and required dimensions or tolerances. For tube bending, include the tube size, bend radius, bend angles, and bend locations when available.
If you are not sure what information is required, send the drawing or model as it is. We can review the part and confirm the requirements during quotation.

Why Choose MS Machining for Bending
MS Machining handles sheet metal bending and tube bending for custom parts and assemblies. Sheet components and bent tubing for the same project can be reviewed and quoted together, with the requirements kept on the same drawing and order.
Before production, we review the material, thickness, bend radius, dimensions, tolerances, and other requirements shown on the drawing. This gives the shop a clear basis for tooling, setup, forming, and inspection.
Bending can also be combined with laser cutting, tube laser cutting, and welding when these processes are required for the finished part or assembly. Related components can be processed as one project instead of being sourced from multiple fabrication suppliers.
CNC Bending Services FAQ
Answers to common questions about our CNC sheet metal and tube bending services.
What types of CNC bending does MS Machining offer? +
MS Machining provides CNC sheet metal bending and CNC tube bending for custom parts and assemblies. Sheet metal is formed on CNC press brakes, while round, square, and rectangular tubing can be bent using rotary-draw and mandrel bending.
What materials can you bend? +
Common materials include aluminum, carbon steel, mild steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel. The suitable bending method and tooling depend on the material, thickness, profile, and required bend radius.
What types of sheet metal and tubing can you bend? +
We bend flat sheet and plate as well as round, square, and rectangular tubing. Parts can include brackets, panels, enclosures, channels, frames, supports, and other formed components.
Can you handle complex or multi-bend parts? +
Yes. We can review parts with multiple bends, different flange lengths, compound tube bends, and other forming requirements. A 3D CAD model is useful for clearly defining the finished geometry.
What bending tolerances can you achieve? +
Bending accuracy depends on the material, thickness, part geometry, bend radius, tooling, and machine setup. Typical ranges are listed in our Bending Capabilities section, while tighter requirements can be reviewed from the drawing.
Can bending be combined with laser cutting and welding? +
Yes. Sheet metal bending and tube bending can be combined with laser cutting, tube laser cutting, and welding when these processes are required for the finished part or assembly.
Do you accept prototype and low-volume bending projects? +
Yes. MS Machining works with prototype, low-volume, and production quantities. Quantity, material, geometry, and inspection requirements are reviewed when preparing a quote.
How do I get a CNC bending quote? +
Send a PDF drawing or 3D CAD model with the material, thickness or tube wall, quantity, finish, dimensions, and tolerances. We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, and PDF files. If you are unsure whether your part is suitable for bending, send the drawing or model for review.
