CNC Engineering Services & Contract Manufacturing Services

MS Machining CNC Engineering Services Overview

Over the past 10+ years in our CNC machining workshop, we have worked daily with all kinds of drawings, materials, and machines, building hands-on experience from simple parts to complex structural components. Whether small-batch medical device samples or production orders for automotive and robotics, we have handled many real manufacturing cases.

We routinely use 3-5 axis equipment to machine aluminum alloys, stainless steel, titanium alloys, and engineering plastics, consistently achieving ±0.005mm accuracy on standard parts. For high-demand components we apply process adjustments and multiple inspections to ensure qualification.

Frequently Asked Questions About CNC Engineering Services

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in our CNC workshop, we have processed numerous real parts for medical, automotive, robotics, and aerospace industries. We are equipped with imported 3-5 axis machines, maintain strict quality control (CMM full inspection + reports), and provide practical DFM suggestions to help reduce costs and processing difficulties.

For standard parts we consistently achieve ±0.005mm, and up to ±0.002mm for high-precision components. Complex structural parts undergo multiple verifications based on drawing requirements and material properties.

We accept STEP, IGES, STL, DWG, DXF, PDF and other common formats. STEP is preferred for best accuracy.

We start from 1 piece for prototyping. We handle both single samples and transition smoothly to small or medium batch production.

Prototyping usually takes 3-7 days, batch production 7-20 days. Urgent orders can be prioritized. Actual time depends on part complexity, material, and quantity.

Common metals include aluminum alloys (6061, 7075, etc.), stainless steel (304, 316L), titanium alloys, carbon steel, copper, etc. Engineering plastics include POM, PEEK, ABS, PC, etc. Special materials can be sourced upon request.

Every batch undergoes full dimensional inspection with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and we provide inspection reports. Complex parts receive multiple in-process verifications.

Yes. We can arrange anodizing, sandblasting, brushing, electroplating, heat treatment, laser marking and other surface treatments to deliver complete ready-to-use parts.

Simply upload your drawings (with tolerances and surface requirements if possible), and let us know the material, quantity, and any surface treatment needs. We usually provide a quotation and DFM suggestions within 24 hours.
